We deliver with the local post in Holland.
 
We are not responsible for incorrect house numbers or street names. 

When we have delivered, and the recipiënt where not at home 

We drop a note with the address to pick up the flowers.

When the recipiënt don't pickup there flowers, we are not responsible,
for the flowers.

When the client or recipiënt claim a week later.
We can not replace a new order or refund your money.
